please help

since the glucose test on monday i feel like garbage...today i am really dizzy and just blah i dont know if its from that (doubt it) or a cold starting but i hate feeling like this...anything i can do ???

lotsa fluids, and make sure that you are eating properly.

i had my test yesterday, and haven't suffered any yucky side effects from it...

i am doing both...i think it might be a cold starting cause alot of people around me are sickChat Icon

I had a horrible reaction to both the 1 hour and 3 hour tests.
With the one hour I went to work about 1 hour after getting my blood drawn and had to leave a few hours later. I was dizzy and hot and just feeling horrible.
With the 3 hour I was horrible during and after the test! I was hot, felt like I was going to puke, dizzy, etc.

But with both by the end of the day I was feeling better and back at work the next day feeling fine. I would suggest drinking more water to get all that stuff out of you. And relax. It is also possibly you are coming down with something.
