Bed: between 9-11 depends if I have to work at 6:15
Up: 4:50-6 depends if I have to be @ work at 6:15.

Up: 6:30am
 talk about exhausted everyday!
I can't seem to go to bed early? And then only I get up with the kids in the morning. DH has NEVER in over 3.5 years woken up with them. He sleeps hours longer!

Bed- around 11
Up-around 7
Weekends:
Up late, sleep late Actually this is the earliest I've been up on a weekend in a while.

We usually go to bed between 10 and 11pm and im up in the morning around 6am. DH doesnt have to get up in the a.m. cause he works from home. lucky.

During the week, bed around 11 and up around 7. I try to keep it the same on the weekends; I get so much more done just by getting up at 7 instead of 8. I would love it if I could go to sleep at 10 and be up at 6 every morning, but it just doesn't happen.

Wake up: ~ 7:00 (after fighting to go back to sleep when DH leaves at 5 or 6 for work  )

During the week:
I am in bed betweek 11 & midnight then I read until about 12:30 the latest
I get up at 6:30 usually
My DH usually is in bed between 10 & 11 except 1 night during the week when he bowls & doesnt get home until after midnight.
He then is up at 4:30am

Wow I think I need to go to bed earlier. I am usually in bed by 12 & up at 6 am. Six hours of sleep is not enough for me at all.

Awake... Well, the alarm is set for 6:15... but 3-4 days a week I'm up between 3:30 am and 5:00am.
