Pains

I started having pains in my lower right side as well as pains in my back about 1 1/2 hours ago!! It kind of feels like a sharp gas pain, but I am not sure?? Should I call the Dr.'s office???


ETA: If I did call the Dr.'s office do I call the number they list for medical emergencies?? Would this be considered an emergency??

i had this a few weeks ago where i couldnt even stand for a few minutes they were so painful...mine wasnt all the time it would last 2-3 minutes and go away and hours later i would feel it sometimes not even. i called the doctor because they said it might be a UTI but turns out my urine was crystal clear and he said it was pressure.

Mine pain isn't going away.....its more of a constant sharp pain

If your really worried, I'd call the # you have for medical emergencies to put your mind at ease.

If you are unsure call your doctor. Someone will call you back and based on what you tell them they will tell you what is wrong or to go to the ER. I've had pain like that before and I was told it is growing pains.

Thanks Girls! Maybe I'll just wait it out a little bit longer and see what happens!

The office is currently closed and I have yet to feel the baby move, I am only 19 weeks though!

I had a pain like that that made me want to cry around 24 weeks. I called my dr...he told me to lay down on my side and drink gingerale. If the pain didn't go away then to go to L&D. It could be gas or constipation. Try laying down and drinking some gingerale but also call your dr. to let him/her know. I hope you feel better.
