I can't drink milk at all.  Lactose intolerant. Even Lactaid pills don't work with pure milk.

I never drink milk, but I do use whole milk in tea/coffee/cereal. For calcium during pregnancy, I eat yogurt.

no, i don't drink milk at all unless it's in coffee or something. i've never been able to drink it--i gag right away. even in cereal i have to drain it off of the spoon.

skim, but can tolerate whole milk on rare occassions, like over people's houses if that's what they offer with coffee

Skim has more calcium and less calories than 1%, 2% or whole. And I like it the best - its a win win!
