Can I take Extra Strength Tylenol
or does it HAVE to be Regular Strength? I have a terrible headache all of a sudden and my co-worker only has Extra Strength.

I took an extra strength tylenol when I had a bad cold a few weeks ago, because I haven't seen regular strength for sale in years. But I took 1 instead of 2.

I have taken extra strength. My dr said it was fine and would have no affect on the baby. I agree that I usually only take one at a time.

I actually have Regular Strength at home. I just bought a box of them but stupid me forgot to bring some with me to work.
