I don't think she's ugly at all- I think it's her presentation and the way she carries herself that throws people off .....She has beautiful and distinct features -
She just has more of a 'harder' look IMO - If she had long flowy hair and dressed a bit more feminine, I think she'd be more 'conventionally' pretty -

ITA. I think she makes herself into an "ugly girl' with that "i don't care what I look like, i am different" style that she doesn't really have the look to carry. That is the kind of style that only someone who looks like, say, Natalie Portman can pull off, with her face so beautiful that she looks stunning even with her head shaved bold!
Rummer could look very striking if she remembered that she is a girl!

I can agree that she doesnt look like the most attractive girl in some pics but I saw her on a celeb news show recently and she was quite cute when you saw her in motion, walking and talking rather than still shots of her.
