mommy stress
Does anyone find that they worry a lot about their DC's health. Lately, I have been so nervous about everything..Examples on the news the staph infection spreading around, whether to give flu shot, autism.. I just feel like I am constantly worrying about my DD..Any ideas of how to stop being so worried? thanks

No advice on how to stop as I worry constantly!! 
I guess I try to take it day by day and try my best to keep the worries and bad thoughts away!
