I dont know who she is.... BUT she is one ugly chick and she has similar feature's to Tori spelling, I actually think that her'Whole' body look's out of place.

Those pictures are from Teen People or something - I saw the issue at Target yesterday...
That being said, she truely sickens me. And the fact that a teen magazine would have her on a cover also makes me sick. She is a terrible role model for teens.
Her and Spencer need to drop off a cliff.
