The Skinny On Fashion
Italian fashion brand Nolita used 27-year-old Isabelle Caro for their new ads which are being displayed all over Milan during fashion week.
Isabella has suffered from anorexia since she was 13. She weighs just 64lbs. She agreed to pose naked for the campaign, because she wants to show young people the dangers of her disease.
Nolita said their aim was "'to use the naked body to show everyone the reality of this illness, caused in most cases by the stereotypes imposed by the world of fashion."
Giorgio Armani spoke out about the ad by saying fashion and anorexia necessarily don't go hand in hand. "Anorexia has reasons which are not linked to fashion. Even people who take no notice of fashion get anorexic."

what scares me is that some girls who need help will see this ad and envy how thin she is.

Your completely right! Runway models are way to skinny. They are all borderline anorexics. I love how Armani says that Fashion doesn't cause Anorexia. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't look good in most of the top fashions out there, and I'm not overweight. You need to be 5'7" or taller and weight under 130lbs. Hmm, I wonder why most girls go on diets.
