all my kids get vitamins, vit c,and the gummy bears echinacea vitamin daily, I use a liquid vitamin for all of them by Child Life, I get it from Wild By Nature, it has lots of vitmains and minerals that lots of other vtmains lack. M 2 year old gets 1tsp per day, my 4 year old gets 1.5 tsp a day and my 7 yo gets 2 tsp per day.

With my past two children my ped started them on vitamins at 6mos however w/ my last (who is 7mos) at his 6mo check up instead of vitamins they put him on fluoride. He said they get enough vitamins from their formula so they really only need the fluoride. I hate when they change things, however the fluoride which was prescribe is peach flavor and I have to admit he takes it a lot better then my other boys taking that yucky vitamin stuff
