Can you believe out of all people to notice... my DH said the same thing! He said her boob was ready to pop out and he would not be surprised if she made the worst dressed list.

She looked awful! The dress made her look fat, and she always looks so beautiful. I thought a boob was going to fly out at any point. I think she thought that too. She looked very uncomfortable.
