baby bath tub stroller & car seat swing bouncer high chair crib set (blanket w/ the sheet) hamper onsies 0-3, & 3-6 (2packs of each) pajamas 0-3 & 3-6 (5-7 pairs) towels (atleast 5) wash cloths (atleast 7) bottles 8 small & 6 large bibs burp cloths baby wash/lotion first aid kit (cotains medicine cup/nail clippers, sucker for the nose, etc) rattles extra crib sheets bassinett sheets blankets pad to protect the crib for when baby leaks pack n play
** this is just an idea to help you get started (this is what I got at my baby shower a couple of yrs ago.

BRU Registry Advice
This should help you out. Also I highly recommend purchasing the Baby Bargains book. You can find that at Barnes and Nobles or Borders. It will give you all the information you need what's the best out there, what to stay away from, helpful hints etc. It helped me out tremendously.
