commack, town of smithtown 1/3 acre, 10,500 without star, 9,500 with.
I grieved them myself last year and they went down 1100, but at the same time the town increased them 400, so I only got a saving of 700 and it takes forever to take effect so I probably will never see the money.

Monmouth County, NJ for 1/2 acre, 2500sq ft and inground pool we pay $8700. We were paying $8100 with star in Farmingdale for 70x100 lot and 1750 sq ft and no pool.

I live in West Islip in a small cape property 40x100 and are taxes are $6500 w/o star in the process of moving to another house in West Isilp property 75x150 and the taxes are about $8000. These taxes are so crazy I now see why my husband wants to get out of here.

Smithtown, 3 bedroom colonial on .25 of an acre: $8200 with star, Smithtown School district. The exact same house across the street go to Hauppauge schools they pay almost $3000 a year less!

You're going to hate me.... I live in Orange COunty, So Cali and my taxes are $2000.00 a year! I have lived in the same house for many years so thats why mine are so low.
I live in a 2200 sq ft house on a large lot too.

Town of hempstead but RVC school district $8k. we have 2 lots that are different shapes and measurements and we pay separately for each of them but that's the total.
