I hate when people say...
That they are going to be over at a certain time and then they never show up, call or email me to tell me they are not coming.
I received an email from a woman two days ago that she wanted to purchase the Tony Little Gazelle that Danielle and I were selling. We arrainged for her to come by tonight at 8pm and she never showed up or called or emailed me or anything....

I hate that too and unfortunately I've found that a lot of people are like that...totally unreliable.

I was asking $100. I need to get rid of it ASAP. It is taking up space that we need. I bought it in october 06 for $219. We used it 5 times. She was giving me $75 for it....

It is so annoying. I hate flaky people. I take pride in being super reliable. If I say I am going to be somewhere - I am there.
