Placecard question re: children
i am getting together my placecard list for my dd christening.
what do i do for children? do i put them on the same card as their parents? or a separate card?
what about for babies?
mr. and mrs. john smith and baby xxx?
help!!

I would use Mr & Mrs John Smith & Family for babies and children under 16. I would probably give older kids their own card.

I would do "The Smith Family" unless you have more than one Smith family.

Are the kids sitting at the same table as adults? If they are there is no reason why the kids names can't be listed as "and family" If they are at there own table I would give each kid there own, kids usually get a kick out of that

If the child can read, i would put their name on a separate place card, otherwise, put them together with the parents.
