RP from Diet and Fitness...Eating healthy in Disney
Is it at all possible to try and eat healthy in Disney??? Last year I read that they would be introducing healthier option in '07...did it happen???

They have definitely changed their menus to make healthy dining a little easier. The portions are smaller, a lot of the really heavy duty fried foods are off the menus. The counter service places include more fruit, salads, etc.
