Car seats on wheels

Are they any good? Are they a good idea for travelling???

I wanted to get myself a US car seat for when we travel to the states, however I am not so keen on lugging a giant car seat around, however it seems like it might be a good idea. Any recommendations?

Are those the ones you use as a stroller? Hmmm, I don't know. I've seen people using them and honestly, they are so low to the ground that it looked like the poor kid was going to get trampled. I always see them around Tanger while people are shopping and once I saw some jerk who wasn't looking and tripped right over a little toddler who was in one
