1. Hilary Duff. for sure. she was just on the cover of Shape in a bikini talking about diet & excercise. and its known that she uses cocaine.

I was wondering the same thing.. I mean I had no idea she was a cokehead.. then again.. I am not exactly a Hollywood Insider.

oh gosh i honestly dont remember who told me.
i think it was her managers ex husband though. he comes into the bar and was talking how his ex is one of her managers. it was probably him.
if not, a friend of a friend type of a deal.
