She just bonded out on $25,000. Which we all know is $2500.00
so she doesn't even have $25K - she had to get a bail bond- I heard she was having money issues b/c all of her projects kept getting canceled

Sorry but I dasagree. If a random nobody was caught 2x for DUI can cocaine they would not necessary be send right to jail. Unfortunately the justice system does not work that way not to mention there are other laws in California than there are in New York.
I am not a huge fan of hers I just feel it is completely unethical to judge someone when you have no idea what is going on with someone's life behind closed doors and just go by the media!

In recent days, Lindsay has been desperate for cash ... the 21 year-old had offered to "sell" photos to X17 to the tune of $30,000! Linds had been calling and texting numerous members of Team X17 over the past week, trying to organize a way to get some money and she's been in touch with other pap agencies as well.
And it's not the first time! Lindsay offered the same type of deal to us last September, though nothing ever came of it. Apparently someone's been keeping the $$$$ away from the repeat rehabber ...
Perhaps Lindsay, or someone, exchanged $25,000 for Lindsay's release this morning -- she's out of jail and back to Promises. Their treatment didn't work the first time, why try again? Get outta town! -- Betty Ford, at least, Minnesota or Arizona even better!

I don't think there's anything wrong with judging someone who chooses to get behind the wheel while under the influence. Whether she has an addiction or not, her choices put innocent people in grave danger. It's time for her to realize that she could have seriously injured or killed someone. She obviously hasn't learned from her past mistakes.

the mother called 9-1-1
I think her problems run alot deeper than alcohol

She is a piece of sh!t because she is a supposed role model to young girls and she is deliberately destroying herself and her career.

If I was "in charge" of her I would have left her in jail to sober up a few days instead of bailing her out and taking her to a place she is obviously not ready to go to... She is dangerous not only to herself but everyone else on the road around her

"yeah well alot of young actress have had problems with drugs in the past and risen above it and have wonderful careers...look at drew barrymore"

It's one thing to be an addict, which is sad and probably speaks to some serious underlying issues. But, it's another to take that addiction to the next level by driving and endangering all those innocent people on the road. For THAT, I have no sympathy.

I blame her parents more than I blame her - look at how she was raised! Yes, she's made HUGE mistakes! But, she's just behaving the way she was taught to behave. It's so sad that parents would allow this to happen to their own child. They should be arrested right along with her!
