Decorating above our bed (w/pic)...

Any suggestions? I'm having a difficult time finding the right thing here. I want something in the middle of the posts and to the left & the right, but I feel like theres not much we can do in the middle...?? Don't mind the bed, the sheets were off for washing!
(the right side of the photo is pretty much where the wall ends)

What about a nice wooden sign that has a cute saying......at an open house once they had a wooden sign over the bed that said "Always Kiss Me Goodnight". I thought it was really nice......I think MrsR had a post about this a while back.

I didn't know that Linens and things sold those types of signs.....that's good to know.....I saw them in some of those little shops in Greenport.

i i have the 4' mahogany ledge over my bed and accesorized similar to this pic. you could also do a collage of prints in nice frames.

eta: you could mount the ledge over the bed and a print over the nightstands or a collage of prints over the bed and the 2' ledges over the nightstands.
