So, in one pic she's all cottage cheese and grossness, but in the next pic her leg is smooth and toned.
yeah, ok...these are real.
This woman is ALWAYS half naked...if she had those lumpy, bumpy legs, we'd know about it.

k, after examining the pic, i think that the calf is def photoshopped, but the thigh is not, it looks like bad lipo in that area where there's the divet - just not natural for some reason. i may be wrong but that's how it appears to me

it looks like a VERY indented muscle/tendon line.
she has such skinny legs now, so she's going to look really strange during flexion and extension of these muscles.
I wouldn't say it was lumpy. it's certainly not cellulite.
the cameras are so fast and catch things that we can't really see they are so fleeting.
photoshopped or not, I think it's just a pic catching something weirdly. he legs are thin, but still nicely shaped.

omg who cares?!?! wow, shes HUMAN. why would ppl think its photoshopped? i hate whenever an unflatering photo comes nto circulation, if the majority of ppl like the person photographed its "photoshoppeD"
