What do you do if you make an appointment and show up for something, but no one was expecting you?
This is the SECOND time this happened to me with a specific company.
I made an appointment with 1 person, but someone else ended up getting my spot...
The company apologized and made it worth my while to try them again.
Okay, things were going fine, but then I had to cancel 1 appointment because I was sick.
Low and behold, I show up last night for an appointment and my person walks over and says "I have to go home-your appointment for today was cancelled and I made plans that I can't get out of."
Blah blah blah, we go back and forth with me explaining that I canceled for LAST WEEK because I was sick, but made a new appointment.
She asked me not to complain because she doesn't want to get the receptionist in trouble.
But, I prepaid for this service and now I have a "credit" that's going to last a while and will require me to make more and more appointments with these people.
Honestly, I just want my money back, but I know that won't happen.

If it had happened once before, then I probably wouldn't complain, but the fact that it happened twice, I would be livid and start hollering!

I am the CUSTOMER!!! That's crap.
I would complain.
I wouldn't care one bit...if this is happening to you, it's happening to others as well and the situation needs fixing. If no one complains it will never get fixed.

I would see if I could finagle an extra session or extra credit, etc. out of it. And next time you make an appointment, tell them if this happens again you demand a full refund.
