Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have realized it is a real addiction.
If I give in to my craving and have one, I am at 7-11 EVERY DAY after that buying Ch. Chip cookies until I finally wean myself off of them. The weaning takes two days. If I don't eat them for two days, I am okay but once I have one...

my blackberry, I incessantly check my email, even on weekends. and the computer...I guess it's an internet addiction.
technically I am not addicted, but I heart me Ambien and a good night's sleep...
