If shoe shopping counts then yes. If not Im ok at hockey, I can hit a baseball, I can toss a football pretty far also. Other than that not so much.

I'm pretty good, I can get the hang of something after a few tries. I used to play soccer and run track in high school, but stopped when I got into college.

DH can try ANY sport and be great at it! I'm always so amazed at how easy it is for him. He recently started playing Golf and plays better than his cousins who have been playing for years. His passion is soccer though, he still plays competitively and will never stop.

I play volleyball competitively currently. On indoor court and the beach.

I love to run (LD) but my knees don't anymore. I've already had knee surgery once. According to the doc, replacement would be next.

I also play softball but not competitively.

Yes, I grew up playing competitive sports year-round. In my house, you were playing sports as soon as you could walk!

Specifically I played soccer, basketball and lacrosse.

I was going to play both soccer and lacrosse in college but just wound up playing lacrosse in college.

Actually yes. Even DH who played Tennis, Soccer, Baseball and Football and is incredibly athletic has admitted it. I seem like a girly girl, but I don't throw like one!

NOT AT ALL! The sight of me learning to play tennis had my best friend in hysterics. My MIL said that its rediculous, that anyone can learn to play.

But I am a damn good skiier, I don't know why. I can also water ski. I think I do better with sports where I don't have to rely on anyone else.

I played field hockey, basketball, and softball in highscool. I was a big tomboy, but I grew out of that.

Good at swimming.

I ski now as an adult.

Picture me doing pretty much every sport with the same spirit, but looking like a complete jacka$$!!!!!

At least I make for good comic relief!

All kidding aside, I am a pretty damn good skiier and a dolphin in the water, that's about it.

DH could tell tennis stories for days.....

Not at all. Never liked playing sports. I actually went to summer school for gym in high school because I never participated. Pretty pathetic.
DH was good at sports before his injury now he can only watch.

yep, i played soccer for years as a kid. in high school i ran track and was on the gymnastics team. not the greatest at either, but i wasn't looking to get scholarships.

dh went to college on a lacrosse scholarship.

I was a HS jock. The total tomboy. I could play most sports, but stuck with basketball. I can still shoot a mean 3-pointer these days

I am not an athlete, but I skate on hockey skates and I am damn good at it. I almost enrolled in a female hockey clinic about 10 years ago and then had a serious dose of reality. Girls like me do not play hockey - but my daughters will (if I have them) - a few missing teeth never hurt anyone.

Bobby Nystrom was my first hardcore crush! I was under the impression I could channel him. I thought he was dangerous and sexy because he didn't play with a helmet!

In highschool I played lacrosse, x-country, and winter track.
I am pretty good at sports although no one guesses that by looking at me I still play sports whenever I can... beach volleyball, I run a few times a week, me & DH have lax or football passes, etc.

I played Division 1 lacross in college...but haven't played anything since then. DH is GREAT at sports and excels at everything...He was recruited to try out for a major league team (but got drunk the night before tryouts and didn't do well ).
