I think it is part of the 'deal' you make with the devil that is Hollywood.
I don't think she particuarly cares about having her pics taken since she is on a beach with her tata's hanging out.

if I was on vaca with a body like that I would go topless - however I don't think I would do it w. another girl present - probably just my dh

I don't know - maybe you are right. It certainly isn't a nice thing to have pictures of your naughty bits plastered across the internet and on newstands for any Tom, **** and Harry to see. But I guess I feel like you KNOW the hazards of being a celebrity when you court fame.
There IS a line... I mean you should have a certain expectation of privacy - but common sense dictates that if you don't want pics of your boobs taken - then you should probably keep them covered when the paparazzi is out and about. And opening any gossip rag will show you that those photogs are constantly lurking over yachts and beaches with their long lenses out.
I certainly had no real sympathy for Britney when her pootach was all over the media - the girl went out with no undies - KNOWING that she has a horde of photographers shadowing her!
But we can certainly agree to disagree on this small point!

They are on a yacht parked right off land... I think she doesn't care that they are taking pics of her.
Even if she wasn't famous, I'm sure some tourist guy would be snapping up pics of the hot naked chick on the boat. You just wouldn't see them so widespread on the internet.
