so help me out-food related
I want to take some stuff to Fred to eat. The hospital food is just disgusting.
I've already done the meatballs and sauce thing and he loved it. I can do that again but I want to make other things that are easily transportable and microwavable.
Need ideas..you ladies are full of them..
Bring it!

Chicken noodle soup (put noodles in a separate container so they don't get too mushy)
baked ziti
grilled or fried chicken cutlets w/ rice & veggies
turkey breast/cutlets with stuffing
meatloaf w/ potatoes

Chicken cutlets are a great idea. He loves those-who doesn't
Not a big cassarole type guy, mostly a meat eater.
He said he will eat anything I make, but he does have his favs. He loves meatballs. I think he's just grateful for not having to eat hospital food.
He will get transferred soon so I can only hope the food is better. At least it won't be so far away!
