On a fax cover sheet - Who's Fax/Phone #...
goes under the name the fax is going to?
I always put their numbers but I have been receiving some that have their info under my name.

I was just wondering this the other day. I would put theirs but then I was thinking that they already have that information. So I started putting mine, that way they have it if they need it.

Ours has both,
under their name I put their #'s - in case I need it quick or it ends up in the wrong hands.
under my name I put my #'s - so they have it handy and again in case it ends up in the wrong place.
