Now I am on hold...
I have been on the phone with Aetna (health insurance) for over 10 minutes. I am trying to get the to put in writing that they will cover my cardiac rehab for 12 weeks and the amount they will cover.
I guess they are playing chicken with me and seeing if I will hang up??
Listen here, Aetna! The longer you have me on hold the more fight I will have in me! You don't know who you are messing with!

I hate calling insurance companies, they will leave you on hold for 45 minutes before they answer
