Do you eat vegetables every day?
If so, how much do you eat? I am trying to get veggies in everyday but it is so hard. I have no craving for them at all and some days I really don't eat many. Is that bad?

I crave veggies so it easy for me. I cant get enough salad or carrots latley.
I am not a big fan of fruit though, except watermelon.

I don't but when I do, it's parsnips, some carrots, squash. I can't do many green veggies...I eat fruit more often though, apples, oranges, pineapple usually.

I've been trying to drink V8 to make up for the lack of veggies. I usually have veggies with dinner, but lately I've had headaches everyday so i don't feel like cooking.
I also try to eat some fruit a day, but I'm sure I don't eat enough.

How much fruit do you eat? I try to get in at least 2 fruits a day. Is that ok?
It is weird. Before getting PG it was like I was never satisfied. I could eat everything and still be hungry. Now I don't want to eat. No m/s so far thank goodness (I am about 6 1/2 weeks) but I am never hungry and nothing ever looks appetizing to me. I would be happier not eating sometimes.

I never really plan what I am going to eat - I just eat what I want, when I want it. If you are taking the prenatals you shouldn't worry about it - they have what the baby needs.

Wow, 5 fruits a day. That is great!
I drink at least 64 ounces of water most days so I am good there. I am going to start drinking more V8 splash to keep up on my fruits and veggies I think.

I love veggies and eat a good amount each day, plus I have a V8 almost every day. However, I'm really picky about fruit, so I don't eat much fruit at all.

I try to and I did before I was pregnant, but now I find I have no appetite for them, or they make me nauseous. I have been trying to eat more fruit and drink juice to make up for it.
I am counting on those pre-natals

Definitely not...... maybe 1x or 2x per week.... But, I have been eating fruit more frequently...... probably because of the warmer weather....

Yes I try to eat at least 2 servings of veggies a day. I can usually manage to get in 3-4.
I also eat about 3 servings of fruit a day.
