This never happened to me. Nor do I ever have to re-log in....I think you have to check the box that says "keep me logged in"
Maybe that is why - I log myself out went I sign off.
But still - it shouldn't wipe out everything that I wrote

I know...I've written a few very long FM's only to have the same thing happen...I think it was either FeliciaDP or dooodles who told me to copy the FM (so you have that backed up) before hitting send...and since then, that's what I do...

I had this problem all the time on LIW. I started copying my message before I hit send that way if I lost it I still had it saved.
same here.
even though i usually don't have that problem b/c i click "stay logged in" on this computer-- sometimes, it still happens and so i just copy before

That happened to me one time. Since then, I learned my lesson.
When I'm done typing away, I copy the entire contents of my FM, just in case I'm logged out. Then I logged back in and press paste.....works like a charm...
