Hilton Ordered Back to Jail!
Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood. She'll get credit for 5 days already served.
Hilton left the courtoom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom." Hilton was also heard saying "It's not right."
One witness described the scene as being being "physically dragged" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.
Hilton's mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now." Rick is still in the courtroom.
A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.

I do think this makes her look worse. The first time she went in, she was telling people she would take it seriously, think about her life...etc. She went in, took that smiley mug shot. I think ppl were like, "Ok--she's doing this right." NOW...she made everything worse!

It's not right? Neither is drunk driving.

I acutally feel bad for her right now even though I cannot stand her.
I mean they keep changing her sentence I would be freaking out too if I was her!

Yay!! I'm so glad she's going back to jail. I don't think it's fair that she get released to house arrest just because she can afford the psychiatrist and lawyers to argue she is too mentally upset to be there. I'm sure being in jail affects a lot of people's mental wellbeing, but you don't see them getting sent home because of it.
Also, I feel that if the judge is choosing to make an example of her and wants to make her pay for drunk driving repeatedly, that is completely his right. He's the judge. I happen to agree with it.
