Hey gang! I'm here, and I'm still alive!
CRAZY
CRAZY
CRAZY past week!!!!!!!!
we had:
* DD's ceremony - induction into the National Jr. Honor Society!!!!! we are so proud of her! 
* celebrated our little one's 4th bday the same night, and went out to eat
* basement fiasco!! DH cut into a heating pipe while doing some renovations! YES! I'VE ALWAYS WANTED AN INDOOR WATERFALL!!!!
 thankfully, it wasn't that bad, and it's all fixed now!!
next day, DH somehow managed to butcher his thumb on the tablesaw!!!!!  required a visit to the ER, and 14 stitches, AND he's home from work for the next 2 weeks (KILL ME NOW!!!!!!! )
HOW did he manage to do that you ask???? HE TOOK OFF THE SAFETY GUARD because he wanted to "work faster" ???? ummm...like the blade goes FASTER when you remove the safety???   
Saturday involved an ALL DAY MARATHON of house showings - but got THREE offers submitted, and i'm in the midst of negotiations now
got an offer on my other condo
got another listing -
training today for a few hours
ANOTHER awards ceremony for Danielle tonight - something about Academic Excellence (where DOES that kid get her brains from???  )
MISSED YOU GUYS!!!!! 
p.s. - Shortstuff - going to call you in a bit!!!!
