Board of Assessments hearing tomorrow
Our appeal for our taxes is tomorrow, and I'm NERVOUS, to say the least. I think we have a good shot because the Board appraisor determined that the square footage of our house is about 500 square feet LESS than what is listed, but I have a feeling they are going to put me through the ringer because I'm doing this myself, instead of using a local attorney.
Any words of advice, or words of wisdom?

good luck!! my parents grieved their taxes on their own a number of years ago and were successful.
