Is this house in a good area of Bayside? I have no idea.

i don't know what's really considered "northwest bayside". I've never really heard that term before. Bayside, as a hole is a good area though.

It's not great. It's off of 32nd Ave. in not the best or prettiest part of Bayside, but it's not a "bad" area in my opinion.

I agree - not the prettiest of areas, but it's a decent. I beleive that house is zoned for Bayside High School which isnt that great (Cardozo is much better).

SD 26 is the best, but this looks like its bordering Flushigng (parts of which are nice). I dont think this is the heart of Bayside, that property is pretty small
