I came in today
And there were flowers on my desk. The most gorgeous roses. My boss who is leaving the firm sent them to me with a simple note saying thank you.
...I think she's trying to butter me up to go with her to the new firm.

I have my interviews with her new firm tomorrow afternoon. They already offered me the job, I'm just going to check out the peeps and stuff.
I don't know if I want to leave though. I love her but I like it here.

There may be a professional job at my current firm that I could do. It would break me free of admin for once and for all. I like being an admin, but there is very little earning and personal development potential at this point.
I found out she sent flowers to a few of us who helped coordinate her going away party. (that was fun!)

nothing you wouldn't do..just doing what I have to..
You're right though. I really did need the lift. The roses were pefrect. They are fully opened and gorgeous. The heads are about the size of a softball.

I've done the Blackberry thing. You feel important in the beginning, then you try to figure out ways to break it, or lose it....Don't let that sway you!

I've had my berry for years, what I'm getting at is that she is so confident I'm coming with her that she started ordering me equipment.
I'll let you know how it goes. I'm going to meet the peeps today starting at 1.
