Did anyone see this creepy commercial - it freaked me out... UPDATED with Youtube links
A teenage girl is at her HS, all the guys are like, "Hey sarah!" she is all excited they notice her...
then she goes to the mall - everyone is like - "Sarah - hi Sarah!" She looks freaked - its obvious she doesnt know them - then they are like "Nice tattoo you just got!"
She goes to the movie theater, and the creepy ticket guy asks her, "so what color underwear are you wearing today?"
And you realize she posted on myspace or something... and it just keeps geting creepy...
Its the 1st commercial I have seen about posting on the internet - I think its a great idea - anyone else see it?
think its going to really make a difference?

Haven't seen it, but it does sound like a good idea...hopefully some kids (and adults, for that matter!) will get the idea and be more cautious!

this is THE reason my son will never have a computer in his room. the desktop is in an open family space.
btw, i have not seen that commercial, but can't wait to see it.
i sure hope it makes someone wake up to this scary reality

how about multiple profiles - pictures and personal information I told her parents and they made her erase ONE profile but she has many! and the pictures are NOT appropriate - makes me so sad

I can see it becoming a joke - like the egg commercial with "this is your brain on drugs" - remember how much that would make u laugh in high school (for those who are old geezers like me  )
