Re: MY 5 YEAR OLD IN PULLUPS
I'm not there but can tell you what worked for me.
My kids don't have anything signficant to drink past dinner. They can have a sip of water right before bed.
I would wake my kids up before I went to bed to get them to go to the potty. I would walk them in to the bathroom rather than carry them. My theory was to get them used to walking in.
The minute they woke up or I woke up, I would walk them in to the potty.
Unless there is a medical reason, you could probably start to train her. Have you mentioned it to your pediatrician?

Re: MY 5 YEAR OLD IN PULLUPS
You also may want to try underwear under the pull-ups so she can feel wet & uncomfortable when she does go.

Re: MY 5 YEAR OLD IN PULLUPS
My son is 3 and is still in pullups at night. Not sure if he's fully ready to not be. I have no advice, but I agree in talking to your pediatrician to see how they can help.

Re: MY 5 YEAR OLD IN PULLUPS
I agree with Barb with the no drinks after a certain time. (at least 2 hours before bed time)
We sort of bribed my son We told him if he had a dry bed for 2 weeks straight he would get a bicycle. He got his bike in less then a month.

Re: MY 5 YEAR OLD IN PULLUPS
I know the little girl she is a bright little girl. I have given the advice that everyone has posted, I think she has been doing pee pee in the middle of the night because she can she has pull ups on and after a while if you dont make them get out of bed to go pee pee they get lazy and now I feel is an lazy issue now.\ I think it will get easier in the summer !!
Try one day at a time...
