Yes there is, a tummy tuck they cut you from one side to the other, tighten the abdominal muscles by tieing them together and then pull the skin tight and remove the extra.
Lipo they suck the fat cells out.

I am DEFINITELY getting a boob job! I talk about it constantly with DH. Next summer I believe but not sure if I should wait till after babies??
I am a 36D/34DD depending on the bra. I need a huge LIFT and reduction. I am nervous about surgery but hate my boobs. I didn't even breastfeed and they are saggy and gross.

I wish I had the guts to do it. I'd LOVE a reduction and a lift. These puppies are so heavy and without a bra, I can trip over 'em. Plus...I have REALLY bad scoliosis, so I know it's adding to that problem. I just don't have the courage to go through elective surgery. I feel that if something happened to me (death), I could never forgive myself for abondoning my family.
