 Verizon Wireless Question
Do you think if I *HATE* my phone (that I got in the middle of February) they will let me trade it in for something else?

 Re: Verizon Wireless Question
Nope... they're very stingy like that. My battery was shot on my phone and it's a phone they don't even make anymore so they had to look high and low for almost a week in their warehouse for a new battery that would work for my phone.
You could try, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

 Re: Verizon Wireless Question
I am sure they would be very happy to sell you a new one but I would be surprised if they let you trade it in for another one unless there's a problem with the phone - not just disliking it. But then they would probably just send it for repairs.

As a VZ employee myself, I can tell you....no, they will not help you at all! If you are in the middle of a contract, you will have to pay full price for a new phone. I tried everything I could and they will not budge on the pirce of their phones if you are mid contract!!!

 Re: Verizon Wireless Question
Probably not! I used to work there and the one thing they won't do is budge on getting a new phone when your still in the middle of your contract. Upgrades are normally done after 10 months on a 1 year contract 22 months if you are on a 2 year contract.
If your on the NEWE2 program (2 year contract plan over $39) to receive the $100 off you have to be 2 years to the date that you signed the contract.
Now if you fit a couple of conditions, the manager MAY let you upgrade. You have to be on a plan 79.99 or higher basically paying at least $100 per month and you have to not have any late payments in the past year. You might be able to leverage with them...
ETA: If you meet those conditions and get a nice manager... You may be successful!

If you are a new customer or renewing an expired contract only.
Believe me, I tried, if you go to the company website it wont allow you to get any of them if you put in your current phone number and its not up for renewal yet
