what condition is it thats causing this so severely and that will get worse? 
The gastroparesis (the muscles in the wall of my stomach are not working properly, preventing my stomach from emptying properly to my small intestine ). basically when I eat it sits there for hours without being digested properly makes me nauseous 24/7 so I am on a fruit and soft foods diet which does not provide me with sufficient calories. They said that as the uterus gets bigger and pushes my stomach up it will become increasingly worse as I will have worse indigestion and as the baby gets bigger I wont be able to provide enough nutrition so I am at risk of developing ketones as the baby takes from my body. (they mentioned taking the baby early if this happens so its in the back of my head now)
