Queens Play Group
Hello,
My name is Jeannie and I have a daughter named Julie who is 2 1/2.
We are new to LIFamilies, a friend introduced me to this site and what I can see so far its GREAT!!.
I was wondering if any one knows of a playgroup in Queens other than Gymboree, I really would like to join something or even meet with some of the other local Mommies once a week.
We live in Ozone Park.
I appreciate any info, thanks

I have had a hard time finding a playgroup that is affordable and available.Looks like you all have kids around the same age do any of you meet up?

Hey Kristen, I know we said a while back we would get together so maybe we can set up a playdate somewhere with all the queens mommies. Let me know if you are free any days.

I am free most days except for when she is modeling....and fri morning we have mommy and me
My suggestion is Atlas. we had a blast there this past weekend...

I grew up in Middle Village and there is a church on Metropolitan Avenue near 78th St that used to have playgroups all the time...prob. still does.

I believe they still have it. A lot of Methodist Churches have it.

I went on Saturday at around 12 until a little after 1. I was looking to see if I would recognize you, but I didn't.
