Drivers who talk on their cell phones without ear pieces!!! If you can afford the car - and afford to make monthly cell phone payments - how about investing a few bucks like the LAW suggests and use your friggin earpiece! All they do is weave their cars on the road since they're paying more attention to their phone call.
Why is your phone call worth more than someone's life?

People on cell phones in places like trains and restaurants, talking loudly. And I LOATHE those two-way things.
Have to share though, DH and I were coming back from Manhattan on the LIRR, this woman was yammering loudly from the time we left Woodside. And she was so into her conversation that she missed her stop.

People who talk about hunting and killing animals when they KNOW that my DH is a veterinarian and that we are huge animal lovers. That's just totally inconsiderate.
It's one thing if you were not aware, but if you know, then why bring it up? I don't get in their faces about hunting, I leave it alone, but they know I'm against it and yet they feel the need to talk about it with us and say stupid things.

I have 2 male co-workers who sit nesxt to me and are big time deer hunters. I call them the deer slayers
I hate it too, because on the wall near us they have pics of all theri deer they killed. I HATE IT!!!!

I actually cut out a pic of one of them and put it on a pic of a deer and put it on his desk, and put a bulls eye aournd the deer.

Skinny people that think or claim they need to lose weight (especially when you are not nearly as thin as they are and are saying it to you) This is just at the moment- this annoyance too shall pass and another is sure to take its place

Space invaders...
There's this one time I just can't get over how rude this woman was. I was in Vegas and DH had a business meeting so I went up to lay by the pool. I was 7 months pregnant, and it was clearly visible. I pulled one of the chairs like half a mile all the way to the only place where there was shade and was enjoying my time in the shade when this family comes over, and pulls 5 chairs over next to me. As the sun started moving they pulled their chairs closer and closer to me to the point where the one closest to me was touching my chair. The woman, WITHOUT ASKING, moved my stuff so she could pull her chair closer to mine.
So, then I ordered some lunch. I'm in the middle of eating my lunch when the woman who is literally right on top of me, lights up a cigarrette and starts smoking. HELLO??!! I'm EATING right next to you and I'm 7 months pregnant???!!!! I started coughing and waving my hands to get the stench away from me. She got the hint and walked away to smoke, but never moved the chair, that b i a t c h!!!

Its annoying if the person is on the phone and thats causing them to fumble around and slow things down.
But I don't think this is "rude" the cashier. Big deal you are on the phone. Its rude because you don't say "hello" to them? They are there to do a job. I don't find this rude at all.

Yeah, but customers have to hold up their end of a transaction too, by paying attention and not making the cashier wait to get the money and move onto the next person. I feel like people on cell phones usually slow down the lines (they are not the only ones- I was behind someone once who paid a $20 order in CHANGE) and it's rude to everyone. What if the cashier's waiting to end a shift or something? JMO.

Like I said... i can understand if they slow the line up. That would annoy me too.
But I have seen people here post before that its rude to the cashier to be on the phone solely for the reason of "ignoring them" or "not saying hello".
