go to the Dr and get a script for it 
seriously, that's the only thing that helps me. I was diagnosed with excema.

this is what i have
i dont have it as bad as some ppl, but i HATE IT
i hate the way it looks-but in the summer it goes away-the sun helps it
ive actually went to the derm and got a prescription for it, but its really yucky to put on and the doc told me that thers no real cure for it ayways.

yep all the docs say that you can help it go away a little but it wont ever fully go away. and the sun helps it "burn" off a bit. mine is not that bad but Ive seen lots of people with bad cases.
