Wow. That has been on MLS at least 6 months. That one caught my eye I think back in August, but we're no longer looking in that area.

At least is right...that's been on a LONG time! I think at least over a year! I know it was relisted a couple of times.

Its not in a good area...its right on the corner of Pulaski road and Lenox...It was part of aherns nursery...

Now that explains the landscaping and pavement. I always wondered why most of it was paved like a parking lot.
Plus, very close to the train tracks. You'd get the blast from the train horn all the time, crossing the street.
