Babys movement before going into labor

I am due on Tuesday and last night I was having really bad pain and pressure down there and the baby was moving around like crazy for over 4 straight hours. Moving so much that it kind of scared me..thinking she was in distress or something. I go to the doctor today but was just wondering if anyone had this right before they went into labor. I know most say the baby is very quiet before labor.

I didnt go into labor on my own (I had a c-section) but the weekend before my due date the baby moved non stop. I thought it was a signal that something was happening, but nothing happened. I was also sick. Throwing up for a couple of days. So i dont know. Then again, my baby was almost 10 lbs. Thats probaby why she was coming out on her own.

I had this - I don't remember it exactly, but I think it was kind of cramp-y, I'm not sure. But basically I had this Sunday evening, about 8pm ish for a few hours and my water broke the next morning about 2am. So hopefully you are close!!

While most people DO say that the baby is quiet right before labor, that was not the case for me.

for about a week and up until the day before labor, it was almost as if Steven never stopped moving. Like you,l I was nervous he was in distress or something, but he was not.
