Update to My Buyer May Be Backing Out...
My buyer backed out. I expected it to be honest, so I'm not feeling too disappointed now--I felt that last week.
So, we start over again. I think this was our fourth offer, and hopefully we'll have another one soon. I keep thinking eventually one of these offers has to stick!
DH is sweet--he found out this morning, but he wasn't going to tell me till tonight so the news wouldn't spoil my day, but I called him.

I'm sorry. We had something similar just happen. Not due to the buyers though but because of the CRAZY real estate agent who brought them
