LMAO! You should see the piece of junk that is for sale near me. It is in horrid horrid condition on the outside so I can only imagine the inside - and they want $520K. Insanity!

In addition to the granite countertops they sunk a lot of money into that marble bathroom with the huge shower, and I also noticed a ceiling mounted projection TV so there may be a sound system to go with that home theater set up. Not what I'd be wanting to pay for, but they probably figure it adds to the desirability of it and merits the price.

That's what I was thinking too! For $700K I would want to be in Hewlett or the North Shore too. Not bashing Levittown but I think the price is too high for that town.
The inside is not too bad, not my style but the rooms seem to be a decent size.

Oh I can top that. There's a house in Oceanside on Atlantic Ave on the corner of Davidson Ave (across from DeBaun's camp). It's a corner lot, it's a HUGE house, wrap around porch, attached apartment or doctor's office perhaps (maybe was at one time), 2 or 3 car garage, decent sized lot. But it's in bad shape on the outside, paint is chipping, the windows seem recent (aluminum) but would need painting too I guess. It's being listed by NAI, which lists mostly commerical properties, which I found odd that they were handling this one but they do some residential places too. $1.5 million. I'm going "it has to be AMAZING inside for anyone to consider it!!" Atlantic Ave is a pretty busy road, I don't know if I'd want to live on it myself (as if I can afford $1.5M  ) but so not worth it IMO.
