Passover Cooking Question--Haroset

Ok-- so I just made some and I feel like it is very liquidy at the bottom of the container. It may soak up overnight-- I am not serving until Tuesday. Is there anything I can add to it to thicken it up a touch-- maybe a little matzoh meal???

I would just add some more apple to absorb the wine.

I'm sure you can wait until Tuesday and mix them in at the last minute!
