Sleeping Issues
I have been very diligent about sleeping on my side--However, lately, just below my hip, it is hurting--almost like it is bruised, but I look and no bruising. I dont know what it is from....but I have no proof to even show a dr as there is nothing there--just tender to the touch! HELP!!!!!

Re: Sleeping Issues
I've had this on my left side since about day one and every time I mention something to one of the dr.'s they tell me "That's normal, nothing to worry about". I think it's from constantly sleeping on my left side and having everything pulled. But yes, it hurts like a you-know-what when you touch it.

Re: Sleeping Issues
This is happening to me too ever since trying to sleep on my left. My dr says, well then sleep on your right. OK, so I switch on & off. As long as I am not on my back the baby is OK.

Re: Sleeping Issues
I had a similar feeling last night... my left hip felt like it was fractured... I had to flip to my right side for most of the night.....
