New Years Eve - late 90's, I got so trashed at a catering hall and ended up dancing on a chair. I even have a picture so I can have that memory for posterity

One time me and my friend did it and the next day we were at the beach and these two guys approached us and they go "weren't you girls dancing on the bar last night at the bar"

I can actually say that I did this. It was 1998 and I was at some dive bar that my brother's band was playing. I was with two friends who were real partiers and a guy who I had a HUGE crush on. My poor brother almost had a heart attack when he saw me up there. What a crazy night.

Yes, done both but not in the local area - just on vacation in Ft. Lauderdale, Greece, somewhere in the mid-west. I did dance on top of speakers at a few local places though.
